  Ron Neary had done everything he can to sell our home in Vasa Views including undertaking a number of open homes where he has had by far the most potential buyers inspecting our home. He also provided us with a very good Internet and social media presence and good local paper coverage. He and his staff are a pleasure to deal with and has been supportive of us listing with other agents and facilitating their access to our home. I would not hesitate in recommending Ron.

  BEWARE - Extremely poor property management service! They have no interest in your property and no appreciation for you as their client. This is based on our own personal experience where they neglected to do regular property inspections despite agreement to do 4x per annum and despite numerous requests to carry them out due to major issues with the tenants. They play down adverse developments about your tenants and cover up the true state of your property, resulting in things to fall apart with repairs turning into unnecessarily expensive renovations later when you find out. Their own tenancy agreements state under special conditions that the tenants are not permitted to keep unregistered cars on the grounds of your property, yet they never told us that our tenants kept about six unregistered vehicles on the property for a prolonged period. We even received two Council notices in 6 months for an "overgrown allotment" and concerns raised by them about rats breeding as a result. They are hopeless with pro-active management and poor with communicating with you. They don't manage to maintain strict arrears management with everything that is necessary to issue notices and follow through with evictions, without your own involvement. They even refused to do a proper final inspection (multiple damage not disclosed or played down, poor quality of essential photos for the Courts, no water meter read, report not even signed or dated = useless!). They also refused to help track down the tenants who overstayed their terminated agreement, by not handing out a copy of their original application form. They did not attend the Court hearing on our behalf twice. They are simply not interested in providing a proper service, which is reflected in the principal's appalling attitudes towards his clients. The truth is that some good staff left his office in 2010 and 2011, and everything had gone downhill from then. He did not even inform his client base that he was without any staff for a few months. He and his sales guy don't step up to property management tasks when it is required, despite one new guy without much experience was entrusted with an estimated 300 properties to handle by himself. When you realize that your property is not managed well, at all and serious issues not resolved you can expect for your agreement to simply be terminated if they feel that you take up too much of their valuable time by actually demanding to deal with the serious tenant issues. This is exactly what happened to us in the end, where they left us to deal with a badly damaged property, deal with the Court hearings, to track down the tenants, find tradespeople and all of this from being nearly 2,000km away. ~~You need an excellent property management service to protect your investment, especially in times of trouble. These guys made us go through H E L L for a few months for their lack of support. ~ Tip: CHOOSE WISELY!

  I was unable to attend the property as I was on the Gold Coast and the property is in Innisfail so Ron Neary from Innisfail first national Innisfail witch I can not thank enough came to the rescue and keeped in touch with me on a daily basis witch other real estate did not.

  I recently sold my house through a different real estate then first National but first National Innisfail had it rented out for me for the last four years .
