    These people can keep you waiting up to two hours (NO KIDDING) even after telling Doctors and staff that they are over booking, was simply told the doctors like a full waiting room. As if no-one's time is valuable but the doctors !!!!!!

    Always find the staff helpful and the advice good. Feel sorry for them sometimes because of the constant rush caused by a lack of doctors in Innisfail.

    I have been a patient for the past three years and have found the clinic to be very efficient. As with each individual consultation some run overtime hence a wait occasionally. So call in or ring ahead to ask for a waiting time. Yes, it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment immediately but if you ask you can go on a cancellation list. This has worked for me in the past. Congratulations to the team.
