  Pretty good today, finally have the soil in that we wanted and a pretty good range of vegi saplings in good condition. Bit of a queue at the checkout to ask for advice though as no other visible staff.

  The young gentleman in the gardening section was fsntastic....however the service at the checkout was quite poor. There were 2 staff at the service desk 1 of which was serving a customer who had returned an item and the staff member was making phone calls ..the other however when I asked her if she could serve me, she said no she(the other staff member) has to serve you then proceeded to make a couple of phone calls chatting away and laughing...meanwhile i was getting my back up waiting...waiting. Eventually she herself came around to my trolley and scanned my items. Mostly the service in the Innisfail store is good....but not today!!!!!

  Bunnings needs to increase the stock levels and variety of products they sell at innisfail . Otherwise it means having to drive to cairns
