    For 3 months I rang to speak to a particular salesman and was answered by Shar who said she would pass on the message. On enquiring today, it has came to light that the messages were never forwarded. So glad I went elsewhere with what has added up to $9,500 worth of box air cons, stovetop, oven, rangehood, split systems and a dozen each toasters and kettles and bar fridges... well done Shar... You did the Good Guys a huge favour.
